Doing it incorrectly, I agree is extremely annoying to the average user. That&#039;s why it is important not to be too invasive as a company.

There will always be spam techniques that come and go, but they are short term solutions, that attempt to address a long term issue that is customer relations. Social media is a way for businesses to not only promote their services, but also connect with their customers at a much deeper level. The good intentions of it are to increase customer relations, the poor side effects are the short lived spammers that attempt to take advantage of this new media. They will die out.
